Ayurveda Cooking Classes

In my practise I have observed that many people do not know how to incorporate spices into their daily life. Spices are wonderful for adding flavour and most importantly have many health benefits The emphasis of the cooking classes will be on learning how to cook with spices, but also with emphasis on why? It will cover

  • How to use food as our medicine
  • The secret of good digestion
  • The importance of eating in accordance with nature and the seasons
  • he importance of eating right for your particular body type

We cook delicious, mainly organic food. The groups are small and intimate, they are fun, and offer opportunity to be hands on and ask questions. The cost is $60 per session and the course runs for 3 weeks. This includes eating the delicious food! Please pass this on to friends and family whom you think will be interested.
